On November 23rd,at the 2nd Global Digital Trade Expo,the launching ceremony of cross-border e-commerce quality and safety social co-rule was held at Hangzhou International Expo Center.Wang Kun,Vice President and Secretary General of China Consumer Goods Quality and Safety Association,Wu Changhong,Chief Economist of Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce,Li Jun,Deputy Director of Hangzhou Qiantang New District Administrative Committee,Wang Yang,Director of National(Hangzhou)Monitoring Center for Cross-border E-commerce Commodity Quality and Safety Risks,Pu Zhijiang,Chairman of Zhejiang Guomao Yunshang Holding Company Limited,and the China Consumer Product Quality and Safety Promotion Association Cross-border E-commerce Quality and Safety Professional Committee(Preparatory Committee) (Hereinafter referred to as the"CCPQSPA Cross-border E-commerce Committee)initiated their unit representatives,representatives of relevant research institutes,universities and enterprises to attend the event.

At the launching ceremony,Wang Jue of China Quality Certification Center,as a representative of CCPQSPA Cross-border E-commerce Committee,read out an initiative on cross-border e-commerce commodity quality and safety,and social co-governance.

It was proposed in the initiative to consciously abide by laws and regulations and comply with the law;to maintain the order of market competition,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and other operators,and protect the quality of goods and services;to promote cross-border e-commerce platforms and merchants to standardize their operations and operate in good faith;to strengthen the consumer warning hints,and effectively stop the inflow of defective products into the market;and to set up a convenient mechanism of complaints and reports to deal with the consumers'quality and safety claims in a timely manner.

It is reported that CCPQSPA Cross-border E-commerce Committee is sponsored by Zhejiang Guomao Yunshang Holding Co.,Ltd.,Zhongda Yunshang,Taotian Group,Amazon(China),China Quality Certification Center,Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology,Hangzhou Beihai Information System Co.,LTD.,Hangzhou Epet Technology Co.,Ltd.and other units.

Pu Zhijiang,Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Zhejiang Guomao Yunshang Holding Co.,Ltd.introduced that the establishment of the Committee is to implement the"quality of the country",the construction of the"One Belt,One Road"initiative and other major national strategies,to promote the healthy and safe development of global digital trade,and to further strengthen the quality and safety of cross-border import and export commodities.It further strengthens the quality and safety of cross-border import and export commodities,guides cross-border e-commerce platforms and merchants to operate in good faith and abide by the law,fulfills cross-border e-commerce corporate social responsibility,reassures domestic and foreign consumers about their shopping and consumption,and promotes the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce industry.
