Amazon Global Store has announced that it will upgrade the business of Hangzhou Cross-Border E-commerce Park,officially launching and settling down Amazon's first comprehensive seller training center in Asia,which will provide one-stop training services for sellers in the Asia-Pacific region.At the same time,Amazon is expected to open a global store in Hangzhou to expand its office space and team size by about six times in the next three years,which will greatly enhance the ability of localized services.
According to reports,Amazon's global store Asia-Pacific seller training center covers an area of more than 1,000 square meters,and is equipped with a multi-functional training classroom that can hold hundreds of people,a live studio equipped with a professional live broadcast system,and an open collaborative space to support the holding of online and offline training activities of various types and sizes.The course lecturer of the training center is served by Amazon's official team,all members have relevant experience in Amazon seller management,seller service or professional trainer qualifications,and the course supports Chinese,English,Korean,Vietnamese,Thai and other languages.
At the same time,the training center also launched a"4x4"training system covering four major training programs and four major course modules.Among them,the four major training programs include the official WeChat,the official live broadcast,the seller's university and the official lecture hall.Self-service online learning,official real-time push learning information,senior account managers online answer questions,boutique small classes,seller special training camp and other forms will be used to meet the differentiated learning needs of sellers.The four major course modules include operational practice,policy compliance,brand building,executive communication,etc.
